SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS

We are so excited to offer a full day academic & core experience to all students in the EVSC. Please review the following expectations with your child.

Students are expected to arrive on time each day and to be picked up by 4:00 p.m. Students with excessive tardies or late pick ups (more than 2) may be dismissed from the program.

Students are asked to demonstrate:
  • Kindness to friends
  • Respect the physical space of all students
  • Wear a mask when up and moving around the building or classroom
  • Refrain from inappropriate language or fighting
  • Be respectful to all adults and students participating in the summer program.
  • Participate in academic and enrichment activities.

Parents will be notified by phone if their child struggles to meet summer school expectations.

Students who have consistent (more than 2 days) difficulty following expectations will be given the opportunity to take a break from the program for 1 day.

Students who return from a break (early release due to not following expectations) and then fail to meet expectations will be dismissed from the program.

It is very important that your children are safe during their time at Tekoppel School. Those students who follow expectations will maximize the benefits of the summer program.
